The selection of drill bits

A successful installation of the SDA system depends on the selection of the most suitable drill bit. Compared to conventional drill bit types offered globally for maximum standing performance for rock or soil.

The new pattern injecting machine with characteristics of high pressure, thick grout and large discharge, which is developed by partner company , takes the advanced technology of pressurized screw rod applied in Europe and America, guaranteeing full grouting in injecting hole without intrusion of air.

Thus the en-durability of structure is ensured, improving the quality of project. And water ratio is the intrinsic reason to cause unsaturated grouting, so many specifications and requirements concerning this are presented in order to realize full degree of grouting.

Based on improvement and practice, thick mortar with water ratio of 0.30:1 is available. Meanwhile this grouting machine can be fitted with injector, which can make a spraying on ground floor of various walls and finish coat.
